Cancellation/No Show PolicyClients must cancel their appointment within 24 hours to avoid the cancellation fee which varies depending on your booked service. No show clients will be charged a fee which varies depending on your booked service. This fee will be credited towards any future rescheduled appointments as long as client shows for said future appointment. A late cancellation (<24 hour notice with confirmation that the notice was received by our staff) and/or a 2nd no show, the deposit will not be able to be applied to a future service. In order to book a future appointment at Stl Body, the service will need to be paid in full before booking.

Terms and ConditionsTerms and Conditions for Stl Body, LLC Effective Date: April 2023 Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services and products offered by Stl Body, LLC.("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. 1. Services We offer a range of services, including but not limited to Cryofacials, Cryo body contouring, HIFU treatments, PRX derm perfexion. Services are provided by trained technicians and are subject to availability. 2. Appointment Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. We require a valid payment method to hold your appointment and a $50 deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible. 3. Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You must receive confirmation from a staff member that the message was received. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will not receive their deposit back. (see cancellations/no show FAQ) No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will not receive your deposit back (see cancellations/no show FAQ) 4. Payment and Pricing All payments for services must be made in full at the time of the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other methods as indicated on our website. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. We will inform you of any changes in pricing before your appointment. 5. Health and Medical Information You must provide accurate and complete medical information, including any allergies, current treatments, or conditions that may affect your ability to receive certain services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health status, medications, or conditions that may affect your treatments. Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions. Our technicians will assess your suitability for treatment prior to treatment. 6. Consent to Treatment By booking an appointment, you consent to the treatments provided by our trained professionals. You will be required to sign a consent form for any treatment, acknowledging that you understand the risks, benefits, and any potential side effects. 7. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for services rendered. 8. Personal Items We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit. 9. Code of Conduct We expect all clients to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients may result in the termination of services without refund. Smoking, drug use, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the premises. No children are allowed at Stl Body, LLC 10.
